Model release agreement

Consent for Image Use:

• I give deSaint Studios the full, irreversible right to use and publish photographs of me (or my children), both solely and with others, in any format, including online, for any purpose like illustration, promotion, art, and advertising. This includes the right to modify the photos and use my name if chosen.

Liability Release:

• I waive any claims against the Photographer related to the use of these photographs, including claims for libel or privacy/right of publicity violations.

Personal Agreement:

• I confirm that I am legally able to consent and have fully understood this agreement. This release binds me and my heirs and assigns.
